U.S. Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.50 for customers within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. If you require faster delivery, please let us know—expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

U.K. Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of £2.50 for customers within the United Kingdom. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Faster delivery options are available upon request for an additional postage fee.

Africa Shipping

We proudly ship to African countries. Standard shipping to Africa is $9.50. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but generally take 7–14 business days. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. The flat international delivery rate is £7.50 / $8.50. International delivery may take longer than 5 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. If you would like the other items sooner, please contact us. This may incur an additional delivery charge.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any physical product purchased from our website for any reason (excluding eBooks, which cannot be returned due to their digital nature), you may return it in its original condition within 14 working days for a full refund.

To return an item, please send it securely wrapped along with your packing slip and a note explaining the reason for return to the address provided at checkout.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund your postage costs. We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service to ensure safe return.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

• Refunds are not available for eBooks or other digital products.
